The Talent Development Coalition helps candidates explore available career pathways and develop meaningful learning plans. We provide resources for schools by working with school counselors who are helping students to find career-based learning opportunities.
Our programs provide training to position our students for Scholarships and Stipends for certification programs in high-demand fields for under-represented populations. Talent is evenly distributed, opportunity is not. We find and invest in high quality candidates from diverse backgrounds who represent an untapped portion of the new economy’s talent force.
Investing in the workforce of a city can break the cycle of poverty by creating opportunities for people to succeed in high salary, high-demand careers.

The Talent Consortia is the foundation of our Talent Development process. We are the Stakeholders from Industry, Education and Community Organizations that come together in a formal partnership to identify specific talent gaps and develop innovative solutions to close those gaps. These groups are not limited by location, size or type of Industry or Education.
TDC is a coalition of community partners formed as a project of Habitat for Humanity as the fiduciary agent. This project was started under the leadership of Pastor Jones in conjunction with The Greater Pontiac Community Coalition (GPCC) and The Committee of 50.
Talent Development Coalition (TDC) is a consortium of (30+) member organizations from the business, education, government and nonprofits sectors. TDC was formed to support short and long term career pipeline programs that help young people, (typically 18-29, but open to all ages), quickly gaining entry to careers in several different industries that participate with opportunities for immediate employment.
We are here to help.
